Information Needed to Request Items

1. Customer Information (Account Owner)

   Person that will be picking up items and signing the loan agreement.

   • First and Last Name
   • Phone and Home Address
   • Email of primary contact for order request (may differ from customer)

2. Equipment User Information

   Person that will be using the requested items.

   • First and Last Name
   • Age, City and County of Residence
   • Height and Weight

3. Items Needed

   Go to the Online Request for a catalog of items that we carry and may have available.

Request Items Online or by Phone

Online Request (For fastest service)

1. Go to the Online Request.
2. Sign In and create an account with the Customer (Account Owner) Information.
3. Add all requested items to your cart.
4. Complete the required fields with the Equipment User Information.
5. Check out: An Order Specialist will contact you by email from EZRentOut (not Katy’s Kloset) to schedule a Saturday morning pickup date and time. Please check your inbox, spam and promotional folders for an email from EZRentOut.
6. Make a suggested donation by clicking on the Donate heart above or the DONATE NOW tab at the top of the Online Request.
7. Pick up your items at your scheduled date and time. The person identified as the Customer (Account Owner) on the account will need to be present to sign a loan agreement.  A monetary donation can also be made at this time by check, cash, credit card, or QR Code.

Phone Request

1. Call (262) 746-9034 and leave a brief message.
   • Request Items for a Child: Choose #3 or email childequipment@katyskloset.org.
   • Request Items for an Adult: Choose #4
2. An Order Specialist will call you back to place an order request and schedule a Saturday morning pickup date and time.
3. Make a suggested donation by clicking on the Donate heart above.
4. Pick up your items at your scheduled date and time. The person identified as the Customer (Account Owner) on the account will need to be present to sign a loan agreement.  A monetary donation can also be made at this time by check, cash, credit card, or QR Code.
