Ashley Knuth


Ashley Knuth holds the position of a Clinical Associate Professor & Director of Clinical Education of Physical Therapy at Carroll University. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same institution in 2008. Ashley’s association with Team Up! commenced as a PT student when she participated as a buddy for campers at Team Up! Day Camp. Following her graduation, Ashley remained affiliated with the camp as an adjunct instructor, collaborating with other students in the Physical Therapy program at Carroll. Presently, Ashley leverages her experience working with physical therapy clients and their families in the local area to communicate the Team Up! narrative and witness firsthand the advantages of Katy’s Kloset in enhancing clients’ abilities and fostering community connections.


Lori Murphy

Vice President

Lori and her husband Jerry have been active participants and volunteers with Team Up! With Families since their daughters were invited to Team Up! For Fun day camp in 1994.  Lindsay, and her two sisters,  all looked forward to attending camp together every summer with their parents who volunteered in different capacities and enjoyed camp just as much as the girls did.   Since retiring as an IRIS Consultant in 2017, Lori has been an active volunteer with Katy’s Kloset and Jerry has been lending his expertise in technology as Katy’s Kloset has evolved to remote order processing.  Lori joined the Team Up Board in 2020 and is looking forward to helping Team Up continue its outstanding tradition of providing services and activities to individuals with disabilities and their families.

Sue Kinosian


Susan graduated Marquette University in 1972 with a degree in physical therapy. She worked in a variety of settings including neonatal follow-up clinic, schools, birth-to-3, Center for Blind and Visually Impaired. In 1982, Sue established New Berlin Therapies, SC providing both adult and pediatric rehabilitation services. Sue is a founding member of Team Up! With Families, Positive Pediatrics LLC, and Stepping Stones Child Development Center. She is married to Bob, and mother to Mara and Joseph—all who have been very active at NBT and Team Up! Sue is the proud grandmother of Mikaela and Melissa. Her hobbies include primarily outdoor/nature recreation: walking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc., as well as reading, writing, and cooking.

Mike Bruno


Michael R. Bruno II, President and CEO, Bruno Independent Living Aids, Inc. and his wife Bridget have been involved with Team Up! in many volunteer capacities since the earliest years of the organization. Mike currently is treasurer on the board of directors, and Bridget has been our day camp coordinator for many years. Mike and Bridget have five children, including a daughter who was born prematurely and has cerebral palsy. The Bruno children have all been involved as volunteers for Team Up! For Fun camp as well.

Wendy Clark


Wendy has been a member of the Team Up! Board of Directors since July 2002. Wendy, her husband Dick, and their son Alex loved Team Up! camp for its camaraderie, fun activities, and overall sense of belonging for children with physical disabilities and their siblings. Though Alex is no longer with us here on earth, Team Up! will always remain a special part of the Clark family, and the Clark family will always be a special part of Team Up! Wendy and Dick continue to serve Team Up! with Families in a variety of areas, including summer camp, fundraisers, family outings & Katy’s Kloset.

Christine Holloway


Christine Holloway joined TeamUp! with Families  Board of Directors in November, 2023. Currently retired, Christine worked for CDW, a Fortune 200 IT solutions provider. As vice-president of their $2B Healthcare division, Christine and her team of healthcare sales professionals worked to provide hospitals and clinics throughout the United States with IT solutions to meet patient care needs and optimize processes.

Christine, and her husband Barry, are committed to supporting TeamUp! with Families and its mission through local development efforts, awareness activities and grant opportunities. They both serve on the steering committee for the TeamUp! for Families’ annual golf fundraiser held in the fall. Christine currently serves on the Development and Outreach Committee for TeamUp! She is also Board Chair for the Milwaukee site of the national non-profit organization, College Possible, as well as being active in other community and mission outreach activities through her church.

Connie Sigrist


Connie Sigrist joined TeamUp! with Families, Inc. Board of Directors in June, 2021. Currently retired, Connie worked for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago, Inc. as Director of Board Relations where she worked closely with the company’s Board of Directors, CEO and senior leaders to provide information and best practices on governance, board development and recruitment; and tailored the board’s governance framework to fit the needs of the company and its directors.

Connie understands the value of sustaining TeamUp! and its Mission through passion, best practices, and commitment. She currently serves as the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and prior connections to TeamUp! include volunteering for events and activities such as Monte Carlo Night and Summer Day Camp.
