Board of Directors
Mrs. Julie Turkoske
Currently, Julie volunteers at Katy’s Kloset when she is able. Julie also coordinates the Adaptive Water Ski event. She has been on the Team Up board of directors for over 20 years.
When not doing volunteer work for Team Up!, Julie works at Children’s Wisconsin as a Patient Family Information & Education Specialist. Her background in elementary education, 15 years of experience working with other families who have children with special health care needs, and raising a child who frequently receives a variety of health care services all contribute to her skills and empathy for families who need information that they can understand.
Mrs. Ashley Knuth
Ashley Knuth holds the position of a Clinical Associate Professor & Director of Clinical Education of Physical Therapy at Carroll University. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same institution in 2008. Ashley’s association with Team Up! commenced as a PT student when she participated as a buddy for campers at Team Up! Day Camp. Following her graduation, Ashley remained affiliated with the camp as an adjunct instructor, collaborating with other students in the Physical Therapy program at Carroll. Presently, Ashley leverages her experience working with physical therapy clients and their families in the local area to communicate the Team Up! narrative and witness firsthand the advantages of Katy’s Kloset in enhancing clients’ abilities and fostering community connections.

Though Alex is no longer with us here on earth, Team Up! will always remain a special part of the Clark family, and the Clark family will always be a special part of Team Up! Wendy and Dick continue to serve Team Up! with Families in a variety of areas, including summer camp, fundraisers, family outings & Katy’s Kloset.
Mrs. Lori Murphy
Lori and her husband Jerry have been active participants and volunteers with Team Up! With Families since their daughters were invited to Team Up! For Fun day camp in 1994. Lindsay, and her two sisters, all looked forward to attending camp together every summer with their parents who volunteered in different capacities and enjoyed camp just as much as the girls did. Since retiring as an IRIS Consultant in 2017, Lori has been an active volunteer with Katy’s Kloset and Jerry has been lending his expertise in technology as Katy’s Kloset has evolved to remote order processing. Lori joined the Team Up Board in 2020 and is looking forward to helping Team Up continue its outstanding tradition of providing services and activities to individuals with disabilities and their families.
