Ashley Knuth holds the position of a Clinical Associate Professor & Director of Clinical Education of Physical Therapy at Carroll University. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same institution in 2008. Ashley’s association with Team Up! commenced as a PT student when she participated as a buddy for campers at Team Up! Day Camp. Following her graduation, Ashley remained affiliated with the camp as an adjunct instructor, collaborating with other students in the Physical Therapy program at Carroll. Presently, Ashley leverages her experience working with physical therapy clients and their families in the local area to communicate the Team Up! narrative and witness firsthand the advantages of Katy’s Kloset in enhancing clients’ abilities and fostering community connections.

Susan graduated Marquette University in 1972 with a degree in physical therapy. She worked in a variety of settings including neonatal follow-up clinic, schools, birth-to-3, Center for Blind and Visually Impaired. In 1982, Sue established New Berlin Therapies, SC providing both adult and pediatric rehabilitation services. Sue is a founding member of Team Up! With Families, Positive Pediatrics LLC, and Stepping Stones Child Development Center. She is married to Bob, and mother to Mara and Joseph—all who have been very active at NBT and Team Up! Sue is the proud grandmother of Mikaela and Melissa. Her hobbies include primarily outdoor/nature recreation: walking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc., as well as reading, writing, and cooking.

Wendy has been a member of the Team Up! Board of Directors since July 2002. Wendy, her husband Dick, and their son Alex loved Team Up! camp for its camaraderie, fun activities, and overall sense of belonging for children with physical disabilities and their siblings. Though Alex is no longer with us here on earth, Team Up! will always remain a special part of the Clark family, and the Clark family will always be a special part of Team Up! Wendy and Dick continue to serve Team Up! with Families in a variety of areas, including summer camp, fundraisers, family outings & Katy’s Kloset.

Connie Sigrist joined TeamUp! with Families, Inc. Board of Directors in June, 2021. Currently retired, Connie worked for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago, Inc. as Director of Board Relations where she worked closely with the company’s Board of Directors, CEO and senior leaders to provide information and best practices on governance, board development and recruitment; and tailored the board’s governance framework to fit the needs of the company and its directors.

Connie understands the value of sustaining TeamUp! and its Mission through passion, best practices, and commitment. She currently serves as the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and prior connections to TeamUp! include volunteering for events and activities such as Monte Carlo Night and Summer Day Camp.
