Team Up! With Families is proud and excited to announce that we have been selected as a Potawatomi Miracle on Canal Street Recipient for 2012! Thanks to those of you who played Miracle games this year to support the 30 charities who were selected. We are honored and know that the funds received will go towards our programs that make the world a better place for children with disabilities!
