Team Up For Fun day camp is held for one week in late July each summer. Children ages 4-17 with disabilities and their brothers and sisters attend this camp together. Lots of fun activities are modified so that children with all abilities can participate to the fullest. Over 120 children enjoy a fun-filled week of fishing, arts and crafts, obstacle course, horse riding, entertainment, rock wall climbing, bouncing in a moon walk and much more.
We had humongous fun digging for dinosaurs at camp in 2009! Planning for Team Up! for Fun day camp 2010 has already begun. By popular demand, next year’s theme will be “Walking with the mummies of ancient Egypt” scheduled for July 26-29, 2010.
